So they are proposing somewhere between 1:5 and 1:50 reverse split. I figured it would be around 20.

"To approve an amendment of the Company’s Fourth Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a
reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of its common stock (Common Stock) at a ratio of not
