Prosperity's wildly swinging commentary on Sezzle indicates they are trading the stock probably picking tiny profits on tiny movements.

Today's result was the first and largest hurdle towards a NASDAQ listing. Without approval they could go no further. Next step is probably with the ASX, then NASDAQ.

March update might be done as part of the March quarterly 10Q release or it may be released tomorrow. Who cares what the timing of it is unless you are a day-trader - it will be known eventually and there's a good chance it'll be an improvement on previous months, which were already showing small profits.
