Bored.....so went looking for VA funding for 2020 (as it will impact what IBM can ask from the VA). Link attached, easy read. Highlights for me are the Mental Health Services budget of $9.4bn, up $426mn. All $$ are USD as you would expect.

Takeaway: The VA isn't going to need to seek additional funding from the Government for GRIT....
Not sure if anyone saw when it took place, but IBM was paid US$750k for the 5 month trial....
