whats the background behind the mob that wants to take over?? and...they say it will be wound up in 3 years.What if you cannot realise those assets in that time, will someone conveniently take them off our hands ( at a discount of course). Me thinks i will vote against it, if it goes through then maybe bail out before de-listing.
