Anyone's guess or estimate, but caution as to the so-called book value, or nett asset value or such put out by brokers and analysts. In an accelerated or distressed asset sale, actual proceeds may less than expected. Refer the sale of the SGR owned GC Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in 2023 for circa $192M, much less than estimates or expectations of at least $200 M. Also, in 2023 SGR commissioned its agents to look at the sale of the Brisbane Treasury Casino and Hotel, for a reported $200M.
