I feel QLD properties will eventually stand alone as resorts when completed and Casino the bonus add permanent residence helps restaurants etc. Just need to get them completed. Maybe sydney will be taken over bycrown?? But doubt qld will. Living near Star GC i see a vast array of increased patronage nothing relted to Casino. Its definately a weekender for many on Casino side.
