I'd like to think an extension of time is so that they can convince the major holder to come across. Hopefully, we'll get a higher offer- $17 was discussed in the media- that would be great.

I always forget about Maccy Coal- it just sits there. Maybe everyone else has forgotten, too, hence they are concerned about their acceptance levels. I don't think the suitor can pull out at this stage, so it's still risk-free (I hope!) More sitting.
