re: Ann: Notice of Variation - Extension of O... It will be interesting to see if some shareholders hold out and SH does not get to the 90% point where he can do a compulsory aquisition of the remaing shares.
This, I believe, is a great company, but the old managers seemed never to be able to get it onto a continual profit level. Tempting to buy a few shares @ 4.9c for the ride, but it can be a lose situation if the new board decide just to sit on their sucess and pay no dividends (this happened with Energy Developments). I won't do it.
