    Well, I think management's or the board's job is not coal production but increasing value for shareholders.  That likely is from producing coal, but if there's something else that gets us more value, that's the definition of their job.  Like the dividend, that wasn't related to the mine, and arguably they could have invested the cash into the development projects, but I liked that they did something for shareholders there.  I would have liked it more had the senior guys sent a positive message about their view on the company's prospects by taking the shares, I think only the chairman took the dividend in stock like I did, the rest of the directors including our MD took cash
