Any guesses as to where JBL are getting the money to hire this formerly reputable QC?
One also has to wonder why JBL have take this action against the NSX yet no action has been lauched against the ASX for the suspensions of HML and BHD. Surely that has to be relevant?
Very disappointing that this case has gotten this far and wasted not only shareholder funds, but also our tax dollars.
