I don't believe Willis met milestones to get 9.5m shares to enable this to happen. Open up the books and ASX do an audit and inquire if rules have been breached by the former CEO, CFO and Chairman.
Retail shareholders are in the dark and have no confidence in what these former positions inform the market. We ARE OWNERS to.
This is a good company with loads of potential if managed with savvy, experience, sector expertise and transparency.
