I thought the announcement was to remove the current CEO and team... but NOOOO it is the current team trying to oust directors in favour of others more palatable to the CEO and co.

We need to OUST the entire management team (IOUPAY recently went through a similar issue and cleaned out)


NOTICE PROPOSING REMOVAL OF DIRECTORS
2 June 2023, Melbourne: Bubs Australia Limited (ASX:BUB) announces that on 1 June 2023, the Company received
a “Request for Directors to Call a General Meeting” pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act from a group
of shareholders* who have, between them, approximately 5.04% of the voting shares in the Company.
*The shareholders comprise Mr Dennis Lin, Carr Family Pty Ltd, Infant Food Business Pty Limited, AZ Global
Corporation Pty Ltd and Willis Trading Limited.
The shareholders requisition that the Company call a general meeting pursuant to s249D of the Corporations Act to
remove Ms Katrina Rathie, Mr Steven Lin, Mr Paul Jensen and Mr Reg Weine as Non-Executive Directors of the
Company; and appoint Mr James Jackson, Mr Peter Nathan and Mr Rupert Soar in their stead.
Under the Corporations Act, the Company must call a general meeting within 21 days after receiving a valid
requisition and hold the meeting not later than 2 months after receipt of the requisition.
This release is approved by the Board of Directors.
