why are 2 of the 3 resolutions invalid concerning the removal of ED
why not put it to the vote

let the SH decide at a Meeting
someone's nervous
nervous ppl make mistakes
Trying to invalidate 2 resolutions is a mistake
SH should call the Head office demanding these ALL resolutions be put to a vote
after all SH own the company
No other shares should be legally allowed to be placed until SH Meeting has take place
just a quick few thoughts of many I have on these types of issues
Been there done that ...
