I can sort of align with the sentiment of these resolutions. The two people mentioned have done little to move this company forward over the years, imo , and have used this company as purely a source of lifestyle income whilst on the board. Those that have been here a while will probably concur with my sentiments. I would love to ask each of these gentlemen how they have positively contributed to the pursuit of shareholder value over recent years and what initiatives have they pursued to this end. It would be an interesting reply.
i personally have had my holding reduced significantly, so probably have an axe to grind.
