The question we need to ask ourselves do we want to allow MXR to be taken over and if so why?
For those who have negative feelings toward the current Board then they need to identify and write down what they think the current Board has failed to do.
Then they need to list down what the current Board has managed to achieve in the last year or so. And again write down the achievements and be fair about it.
Just having a gut feeling or a level of discontent is not a good excuse for making a significant decision like this.

Again from the limited information I have so far gathered I am not too keen about how ERL has been operated nor the tactics employed in some examples by Mr Ruane. He may have his 5 % but what else has he got ?
Does anyone know who the characters are that he is proposing to put in place on the MXR Board ? What is their background ?
A lot to sort out in my opinion.
