I can't vote but what I'll say is that I can't help but laugh at the boards communication here. They still haven't communicated WHY many would be so unhappy with Jimmie. Their have been so many concerns raised about Jimmie and the Wong family and acquisitions such as Onestep IT but they have basically been ignored. For example, look at the discontent about Jimmies remumeration - TWO STRIKES, yet they still haven't communicated to shareholders. Their are still so many questions unanswered. To me, the board have lost credibility so not sure why they would expect people to listen to them here. Also, OF COURSE they 'recommend' shareholders vote against this as Jimmie is on the board.

DYOR. My opinion only. Please note, I have no skin in CI1 anymore so this should be considered when my comments are read. Obviously, like many, I lost a lot from selling my CI1 shares so obviously it may effect my opinion.

Also, shouldn't Alex be communicating their reasons for wanting Jimmie out? How are shareholders meant to make an informed decision without hearing from them? Or maybe that is to come now the meeting has been announced?
