Yep, that's the point I raised the other day. If the trustee work and CEO are separate roles which deserve two lots of remumeration, then why can't it work without him as CEO? The board should be across this and give clarification. Or we know Jimmie reads this forum so maybe he can elaborate on the comment as like with any vote, it's important people have a clear picture so they can make an informed decision.
