I for one am delighted that there will be a change of personel. Chris Giles is the only one that I would retain.  Peter Johnson is Bobs son and so knows the company already and can hit the ground running. We are going nowhere at present and I cant see anything changing while Steve  Radford is controlling the mine. I don't have a problem with him mining but not running the company . Things have got very slack with the security of the mine so we really do not know how much gold we have or where it might be. Would be nice and comforting seeing security guards hovering around especially when no Havilah staff are not on duty eg night time
