too rich I think 3-5 c and cash is my pick if anything - I think they would do it if there was a point to it ...but don't think Tom will bite and don't think RMS are prepared at present to pay too much overs
but the effective value of the bid has gone up 3.5c already based on RMS sp rise and while nothing is certain in life I am at least hopeful that RMS will continue to rise as Penny ore comes on , as OP has eased and in the current GP environment . BRB are lucky at present to be benefitting from that but that is a good part of the deal ...deciding what the value of RMS truly are
