As a long term holder and very close follower, I’m not happy with the low ball offer, but realistically there are three options right now imo:
1. Accept the offer, move on and hope the synergies of lakes Rebecca and Roe see a significant rise in the RMS sp to all our benefits (at a lowball conversion to RMS shares).
2. Vote with Tom, small chance of S249 success and head into the unknown and possibly a 15cps drop in price from the current levels…
3. Sit tight and wait to see how many shares RMS get at the end of the bidding offer …
The only chance I see of getting an increased offer is if RMS fail to get 50.1% of the SOI in BRB. Lake Roe “makes” the project area. If RMS fails, the logistics of Rebecca are ..? Need to increase the offer in get it through?
not selling, just waiting …
