Also agree we should not be in any hurry to accept the offer however we do not wish to miss out on any closure date else we could end up like minority shareholders in DCN who have seen the price of their few shares keep dropping. We should not ignore the fact the offer is an attractive entry into RMS which in the past two years has been as high as $2.50.
