    @perdant Great post, thank you for all your research. I feel RMS needs Lake Roe badly to give a sense to Lake Rebecca in a timely fashion. And for this reason another possible scenario is RMS will sharpen the pencil to convince the diehards and achieve the necessary consensus. RMS is not new to M&A so I feel they know how to move and get this wrapped up, the risk to be in limbo is unlikely. Just IMHO
