    as a holder of RMS I would be happy to see that happen to sweeten the deal some small amount say 15-20% .
    but if the asking is significantly more than now my preff would be to leave it at whatever RMS can pick up as is and let whatever can proceed as a JV between the two companies happen .

    Another indicater of what fair price is is if whether or not another bidder comes forward .

    Never had any confidence in Toms judgement and seen nothing to change that .
    He always over believed in this deposit beyond what he ever delivered on it .
