Agree 100% with your thoughts. RMS need BRB's ounces and money to make their third hub(project) work.It's OK to start with Rebecca-but BRB is the key. If people read RMS announcements-gee-they like BRB. I like RMS and would be happy to effectively merge with them. BUT-not at this offer level.It's a very low bid and they know it. Have to wonder if they have shot themselves in the foot if they end up with control but not outright ownership.
