In my view the conditions have gotten very tricky at present. That developed in the last three years and especially the last year with the Fed and RBA destroying the bank balance sheets. If you do not understand what I am saying you need to hone up on the debt markets, how they work and what ramifications are like in these sorts of conditions. I learned the hard way back in 2008 and was lucky to learn from a debt expert; rare people to find.
