all it actually says is that the discount of BRB sp to the bid offer has reduced slightly
BRB currently is 41.5
and based on current RMS sp of 1.205 there is a bid value of 42.7

this despite the arbitrage potential - some selling RMS to by BRB because of that discount
what this is ACTUALLY saying is the market doesn't expect another company to get involved

what makes this offer better than it seems is that RMS is at about half the price of it's historical peak aqnd (like most gold producers ), IMO heavily undervalued .
