Well, I will be watching this closely. I trust in the interests of transparency and good corporate governance that if RMX is served with a 249D notice that they ensure proxies are sent to an independent party - maybe their auditors or some other independent party.
But no matter what happens, I will seriously consider making a formal complaint to ASIC about my concerns. If you want to know where I am coming from, refer to my previous posts. If I invest in a company, I really don't need the surprises and inaction I have had with RMX
