@sideways Just did google search and Mr Ho is a optometrist from Victoria.
Red Mountain website talks about him being the founding director of a private boutique corporate advisory firm in Australia but that was only registered as a business in April this year
Did not come across any deals he has done in the mining industry and company website has not referred to any previous held positions for ASX companies or any roles he has had as a director in any ASX company.
Why is a optometrist sitting on a board of a mining company?
