Let’s hope the financial media picks up on this early next week, and the calls/emails from the shareholder action group (and supporters) to tutes & business contacts (& media contacts) also make mention of it.

The likely sh!tfight to come might also be a factor in Scott Lowe departing intact, although to me it looks more like an attempt at bullying/devising a fait accompli by Fraser to keep the incumbents in control. Imo he’s got a full takeover in mind (not simply offloading Morila) and of course 17.6% of Leo goes with it as this is the coveted jewel. The 249D is an unwelcome upset and one he probably thinks he can derail, although I suspect he may be underestimating the extent of the support for it behind the scenes. Time will tell!
