The likely sh!tfight to come might also be a factor in Scott Lowe departing intact, although to me it looks more like an attempt at bullying/devising a fait accompli by Fraser to keep the incumbents in control. Imo he’s got a full takeover in mind (not simply offloading Morila) and of course 17.6% of Leo goes with it as this is the coveted jewel. The 249D is an unwelcome upset and one he probably thinks he can derail, although I suspect he may be underestimating the extent of the support for it behind the scenes. Time will tell!

Yes agree - its more and more looking like a race between getting a deal over the line before end of next month and when the activist group manages to get new directors on the board.
