The likely sh!tfight to come might also be a factor in Scott Lowe departing intact, although to me it looks more like an attempt at bullying/devising a fait accompli by Fraser to keep the incumbents in control. Imo he’s got a full takeover in mind (not simply offloading Morila) and of course 17.6% of Leo goes with it as this is the coveted jewel. The 249D is an unwelcome upset and one he probably thinks he can derail, although I suspect he may be underestimating the extent of the support for it behind the scenes. Time will tell!

Are they preparing a scheme of arrangement or takeover?
Although a SOA timelines, would put the Scheme Meeting at Mid October given the time spans between announcing the arrangement and the Scheme Meeting being approximately 84 days .. .. although announcing a SOA would mean adhering to Listing Rules and following the Corporations Act, something that has been hit and miss with this board!

The kicker to Lowe in his redundancy package......
