Erm on their Notes. point 2.

"2. the Board intends to recommend that shareholders vote AGAINST the Proposed Resolutionsand intend to vote their own shares AGAINST the Proposed Resolutions;"

I think they'll find they cannot use their own shares to vote on a resolution regarding themselves.



I'll certainly be voting FOR the resolutions.
Nothing to say a new board can't tick off the process being undertaken when they come to a conclusion given the processes are well understood and the MD will have very good understanding of them.


I hope the rebels are contacting as many of the institutional holders as they can and outlining a plan and the benefits of waiting until escrow and a distribtution. That will probably be crucial to the success or otherwise.
