    The objective is binding resolutions to distribute the cash and escrowed shares. With respect, what credentials do you need, particularly when you are paying top corporate lawyers already?
    The new directors have no intention to wheel/ deal or engage in any mining activity. I think they will have the required degree of skill, integrity and commitment.
