Good points Gareth. I wonder if its possible for you and any others to get some face time with the big funds still holding FFX to get an idea of how they are going to vote/ why they would plan to vote to keep the current BOD in place.

In relation to why are they so keen to stay this one is easy, they are running a protection racket. If you guys can get in there and actually see what went down and make referrals to the ASX/ASIC it could unwind the whole protection racket among the top brass in Perth, we all know this stuff happens across multiple companies and its a boys club over there.

IMO the current BOD are the fall guys and have been asked to wind this up quietly in exchange for cruisy non executive director roles elsewhere.
