With only 3 directors on the board, it is too closely led at the governance level, which then pervades the management. My guess is that efforts behind the scene to simply add another director to represent Syracuse Capital's substantial holdings, has failed, or been resisted more likely, so this has been necessary.

It is also a good move in my opinion because Atkinson has been there since they usurped the company and is therefore a component of the years of dismal performance. Admittedly LP as the technical person has chosen all the failed projects, but the other directors have gone along with them.

Having 5 directors is optimal I think, and diversity at meetings is always better for all shareholders.

Large shareholders at times feel like the company is theirs, so there is risk to smaller shareholders.

Decent line in the sand drawn at 1.8c today. Register set up was tight before the latest developments. Seems even tighter now with the last of the sub 2c stock just about done and drill start not too far away…
