Yes, interesting ... a less than 20% shareholder proposes to replace basically the complete board including the MD/CEO, though for some reason he forgot to mention one of the current directors - DA Schwebel.

Just wondering whether he asked for a directors seat after he acquired his 20%, got rejected and now wants to demonstrate his muscles?

Anyway - the whole proposal sounds infantile. Can't see how this would get through. Quite unfortunate however to have a 20% stakeholder with an attitude consuming management and company time and money to the detriment of all share holders. Lets hope this poisonous chalice passes swiftly ...
