Why would you think the 'fiasco' is with Tap?
Seems to me like this has only recently happened without prior notice. Cost over-runs should be well flagged, so you are saying that Tap Board was unaware or hiding things? What evidence is there for that?
None of you would be complaining about management if the price of oil was still $100
