    On the positives, loan extended and Manora is running at 15,000 BPD. Even the moderate hedging is good news in my view as it reduces risk without giving away the long game. No need for a placement based on this news!! but then, the issue with our Thai operator / friends just clouds all of this.

    Vote no, but not sure we will have the chance. at current price it is a steel.
