Actually may not be that dire - I guess if they were going to nuke us they wouldn't be wanting to put in a new board - may as well keep the incumbent one.
So who knows - maybe its business as usual and we will slowly head up to $1 if oil creeps up.
The oilfield sure seems to be pumping. Thats a big plus.
