A new Board from what I can see wouldn't be hard to achieve for them under the 2 Strike Rule. They only require 25% vote on 2 consecutive occasions to remove the Board. With a 20% holding it wouldn't be out of reach. I know the rule is designed to hold Directors accountable for salaries and bonuses but they can always say one thing but mean another. Just my thoughts as have traded this stock but risk has now increased somewhat. Welcome any comments.
