Ah well - bounced already 2.5 cents (or nearly 10|%) back up from the bottom, so I guess this was todays battle. Still looks cheap to me, unless Chatchai had already strawmen buying the balance up to 50% to do his dirty deed.
Some of the by him proposed new board members appear to have a lot of relevant experience in destroying shareholders value - i.e. not sure I would want them to take over ...
