They can pay - they pull in $70m this year at todays oil prices including third party gas sales. If they owe $US75m, they can make that obligation no probs.
After 3 years at todays prices we have pulled in $200m ( gas sales end ). Head office guys will rip out $30m of that and we are left with $170m less debt repayments of $100m in Aussie leaves $100m clear, 8 years to run pulling in $50m a year.
Discount hat comes to a net present value of about $300m or $1.50 a share.
This company can't go broke - ChatChai owns 20%, his mates own the other 70% and manage the op's in Thailand, it ain't going under.
They are just trying to steal it.
We need 2 things - asset sales and the oil price to go up.
