I did not think they could have hedged production when there was no certainty around when development would be complete or when they would comment production, but the other steps you outline to mitigate against a fall in the oil price sound like prudent measures. I admit I did not consider other measures but I just wished that had someone with that frame of mind on the board.

A costly lesson but I will definitely look into this more deeply in future.
