An interesting move with Directors proposing to call a meeting of shareholders to remove a Director
representing the largest shareholder with over 19%.Perhaps there will now be a counter move to remove the
Directors lodging the Notice.
It is a pity this spat has emerged during this exciting time for MEL when the Board should be pondering
on- whether to convert their loan to BYE to shares to maximize any benefit from the 30 day VWAP,drilling later in the year etc.
