Hi Chrisuno,

As you say the commodity SUV deals with is not fashionable and hence often companies such as SUV are sidelined in preference to 'fashion'. Gold fever is alive well and truly - just the mention of it conjures up images of wealth ad prosperity. And currently the other fashion is anything to do with supply chains dealing with Tesla or other electric battery makers.

I was fortunate to have a very well respected boss years ago. He was an engineer who worked his way up from being an apprentice. After gaining his engineering degree he also did a management course. He could relate to the guys on the shop floor as well as being technically knowledgeable and being able to manage. Rare breed, level headed, unpretentious and a pleasure to have as a superior. If only more companies would have people like that on board.

ADN looks promising and IMA is already a producer but likewise neither are fashionable. Mostly trying to seek value with the odd hint of fashion thrown in. Fashion often changes and with it one's bank balance.
