I bought a few of these on a punt because of Primero’s investment but had not looked closely at the company until a bit just now .

It seems that -as well as being non-executive director, Len Troncone has been COO and CFO since January 8 this year [ref].
And before that - last August he resigned from his position as CFO of Parkd (PKD) [ref] specifically to join SUV (as an inaugural non-executive director {as proposed in 05/08/20 SUVO replacement prospectus}.
(He had been at PKD since April 2019 when the position was created[ref] with a long and solid career behind him before that.

The man calling the meeting to dump him from the board, Dr Ian Wilson, appears not even to live in Australia.

… so it is hard to fathom that Len has fallen out with him (assuming that him falling out with someone is the reason they want to eject him?).

As @Blythefan said I think it might smell a bit of “the spice of drama” than of mere fluff?
