Anyway it’s highly unlikely I will be supporting any director spill motion. I think there has been an improvement since Richard Valencia took the reigns and he has said previously that he thought the previous board weren’t focused enough on certain aspects of the sales and marketing side of the business and emphasised the need to do so. I’m not sure about the motive behind Arcadia but it could be various things including wanting to accumulate shares at a lower price.
