I believe you’ve double counted the 26m for New York Holdings in your calcs – as these are called out as indirect shares in the Change Or Directors Interests announcements as of 25/05/18 – so they are already counted in the 47m held [indirectly] by Colin Vost.
Brings that total down to 104.4m
Further, although the Top 20 per the AGM is probably a bit out of date (27/10/2017), but as @apkjm points out, there are a few in the top 20 for BKP, as well as in the top 20 for 4CE (one of JB's other companies) as an example. 4CE’s top 20 here/below is a bit more recent – 03/04/18. You have to imagine, the holders in 4CE would vote in favour of JB for BKP.

I’m just doing my own research here (although I’ve already bought in ) but, having done so, I’m EXTREMELY confident JB + Co will get voted in, however, not complacent – as you say, 70% of the registry are retail holders, and we still need to vote for JB - (assuming this is what we want )!
