Hi Naaman,
I have been a shareholder in BGS since July 2013, and have followed the shares on a daily basis. My observations are that Kevin Joyce is the sole reason that BGS market cap is what it is today and that the other two directors; who had very little skin invested in BGS until,they got the info on the lithium deal about to happen,contributed very little to the management of BGS.I don't know how Kevin voted on the LIO, but regardless he is a very important kog in the BGS wheel
