Unless price runs away dramatically tomorrow I'll be adding more to the YES vote, and a sincere thanks to you and the groups efforts, this type of action needs to happen more often , just look at ARI and what could have been with proactive investors..
Just to add, the outgoing bod should be relieved, the burden of a difficult choice has been removed, and they can now sit back and watch the value of their holdings grow to full value.
